The Flower City’s annual multicultural festival Vibrant Brampton comes back for the second year to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday.
Presented by the Arts and Culture Initiative of South Asia (ACISA), a not-for-profit group, Vibrant Brampton will be held at Garden Square in the Downtown Brampton area on Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15.
A large number of community members from across Peel region are expected to attend the event to celebrate multiculturalism and Canada’s 150th birthday.
Vibrant Brampton will feature a variety of free fun activities including art, music, dance, food, and festivities.
The host of Vibrant Brampton event is also presenting a weeklong visual arts festival from July 9 to 15 at Beaux-Arts Brampton. Titled Visual Arts of South Asia (V.A.S.A) festival, the event showcases local and international artists with the theme being creative and cultural celebrations.
