Punjabi singer, actor, filmmaker Jaswinder Singh Bains aka Jazzy B- also known as the “crowned prince of bhangra” needs no introduction. Born in Nawanshahar, Punjab India, he moved to Vancouver when he was 5 years old. A great fan of the legendry Punjabi singer Kuldeep Manak, his first album was released in 1993 with the name “Gugiyan da Jora” followed by The Canadian Spice the very next year. Folk ‘N’ Funky, Folkal Attraction, All Eyez on Me, Stayin’ Real Surma, Oh Kehri, Tera Roop. Romeo and Maharajas are some of his albums.

Bollywood actor & producer John Abrahum started career from his song Surma released in 2000. In 2001 his song Oh Kehri from the album of same name featured Celina Jaitley.  He is known for his song Dil Luteya with Apache Indian from his album Romeo. Esha Gupta featured in his song Glassy from album Rambo in 2008. Surveen Chawla first appeared in his song Naag 2 in 2010 and then in Mitran De Boot in 2014.  In 2015 he worked with international rapper Snoop Dogg in song Most Wanted which is featured in MTV India. His song Sat Rangey played in the background of Hollywood movie Deadpool in 2016. He becomes the first South Asian entertainer to have his name added to the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame StarWalk in Vancouver.[

His latest song “Ajj Singh Garjega” for Akshay Kumar‘s movie Kesari has been a blockbuster.
